I agree with you 100%, their customer service sucks and it is the worst support I have EVER dealt with. I was never a jerk, come to think of it they were not really jerks either. They were just straight up two face liars. Two weeks after I dropped them for being a shitty web host I just found out that they are charging my bank to which they were never authorized to do. I believe what they were doing is double charging me. My banking information was provided for deposits of sold merchandice to which was $0 because my customers could not find me on the web because they never once got my domain posted correctly until after I left them. They were double dipping by chargeing my credit card and my bank. So if Mr. Kitch reads this blog he might want to contact me before I file a formal complaint. Because unlike his asshole employees I offer real No shit-unbelievable customer service. I really wish I would have reserched more and found this out months ago.
